Help Videos, Loot Drop, Patching Fix

Hi,

with Unity 5.6. in place I was able to implement high resolution help videos. I also created them from scratch to match the current state of the game. There will be more videos coming soon.

The loot drop has been improved a lot, more different modules will now drop on a regular basis. It feels a lot more rewarding now.

I addressed a serious bug during the patch process. I recommend to download the full client from the page in order to have a stable version installed in case your patching does not finish.

A new auto navigation feature is currently in development. It will let your orb navigate to known portals.

More Zones, Zone Events and Loot Display

Orbs Version V1.460.0 is here!

More zones have been added to level upper level 3. It is now completely redesigned and finished.

A new feature called “Zone Events” has been added to the game. It works like this:
Whenever an identity takes over a zone, a special zone event trigger is spawned. It will stay there until it is moved to another place when the zone is captured again. It spawns exactly at the position of the new controller. A zone event can be triggered by any identity colliding with it. Which zone event is triggered is determinated by the active theme of the triggering orb. A lot of room for interesting surprises!

The overall loot display was greatly improved. Loot now has a nice effect and also indicates it’s height when floating over the ground. You’ll like it.
